A luxury loo trailer should feel more like your best guest bathroom than a question mark on an overspent budget spreadsheet. The trailers actually do look good, and this page should explain why our pricing won’t break the bank. There are no peak season or weekend surcharges, and you pay no booking fees. A confirmatory deposit is necessary 30 days before your event, and the balance is due 10 days before.
We’re based in Castle Cary and serve weddings, marquee parties and smart events across Somerset, Dorset and Wiltshire. Your quote is specific to you and your event, but the prices below are firm.
Our two trailer sizes
The 2+1 — £600 + VAT
Up to 150 guests, two ladies’ cubicles, one gents WC, two urinals, hand basins in each.
Perfect for most weddings, milestone birthdays and other parties held at your home, with or without a marquee, or at a smaller country venue.
The 3+1 — £630 + VAT
Up to 250 guests. Three ladies and one gents WC, two urinals, hand basins in both.
This is the trailer you want (obviously) for larger events. However, it is also your best choice if the event you are planning has “instalments” — for example, a lunch and then an evening party, or a wedding one day and a wedding brunch the next.
What’s included in the price
Every hire comes with:
- Your chosen trailer, delivered ahead of time and set up and ready to use within an hour of delivery
- All the necessary consumables: soft loo paper, luxury hand soap, moisturiser, paper hand towels
- Flower arrangements inside that definitely did not come from your local garage forecourt
- Potted plants to make your trailer as attractive as possible. They change with the seasons, but they always look good
- Phone support throughout your event at any time of day or night
VAT is charged at the standard rate, and there are no booking fees.
The clean-out at the end of the rental is included in the price. However, if you need the trailer for more than one day, or if your guest numbers are larger than the trailer’s capacity, it may be necessary for an additional clean-out to take place. That’s chargeable on a time-and-materials basis, and we’ll take you through it when you book.
Delivery, setup and collection
Anywhere within ten miles of Castle Cary, delivery is free. Beyond that, but still inside our delivery area, it’s a flat £25 + VAT — and that covers both delivery and collection. There is no separate setup or levelling fee.

How many toilets do I need?
A rough rule of thumb for a 6–12 hour event with food and drink:

If you’re serving a long bar and a sit-down dinner the same evening, err one size up. We’d rather steer you to the right trailer than the more expensive one.

Do prices vary by season?

Are the plants really free?
Yes. Both the potted plants outside the trailer and the flower arrangements inside are included in the hire price. The pots come back when we collect the trailer. If you want larger trees or shrubs to decorate the venue itself, our sister business Silver Street Hire specialises in that.
Do I need to provide power and water?
We need a minimum of a 13-amp socket within reach of the trailer’s pitch, and access to a water tap or standpipe nearby.
Do you offer a posh loo hire alternative to standard portable toilets?
That’s all we do. Every trailer in our fleet is a luxury unit — mirrors, mood lighting, proper flushing WCs. We don’t supply portaloo-style site toilets.
